Dr. Victor Thannickal, Chair, John W. Deming Department of Medicine was pleased to announce that Dr. Nassir F. Marrouche, Director, TRIAD Center has been named director of the Tulane University Heart and Vascular Institute (TUHVI). In this role, Dr. Nassir F. Marrouche will expand electrophysiology and cardiac imaging services at Tulane affiliated hospitals, integrated with the research and educational missions of the institute. Dr. Nassir will also explore opportunities for growth of cardiology services and programs in partnerships with other hospitals in the city and state.
